MOVE & LEAD – FLINTA in Sport
In 2026, Queer Sport implemented MOVE & LEAD – FLINTA in Sport, a project focused on empowering FLINTA people and creating safer, more inclusive and supportive environments in sport.
Through sport, education and shared experiences, the project aimed to strengthen confidence, a sense of belonging, communication and leadership skills, while encouraging greater participation and initiative among FLINTA people in sport and their communities.
The project's main activity was a three-day Sport & Leadership Camp held in Fužine, Croatia, from 25 to 27 September 2026. Through physical activities, hiking, interactive workshops and group reflection, participants had the opportunity to connect, share experiences and explore ways to become more actively involved in sport. The camp also provided an opportunity to develop ideas for future sports activities and community initiatives.
